We had a great weekend. Jay's musical came off with a smashing success on Friday and Saturday nights. And yesterday we had our Indian Cooking Class/Fundraiser. It was a lot of fun. There were 16 people in attendance, including Jay's mother. We're so grateful to Kripa for offering to host this fundraiser. Now we're trying to wrap things up before sending our order in for the cookbook we're also printing as a fundraiser. Hopefully, I'll be able to send the order off next week. So, if there's anyone out there who still wants to to contribute recipes, now's your chance.
Our coordinator from Adoption Alliance in Denver (Marcia) said that she had sent our homestudy off to our agency in Seattle on Wed. morning. But, this afternoon we got a copy of an e-mail that the coordinator at WACAP in Seattle (Bridget) sent to Marcia, mentioning several more documents that they need before officially accepting our home study. Most all of those documents were things that we had already sent to Adoption Alliance. So, hopefully, Marcia can just send copies to Seattle. So, hopefully, one of these soon days we'll be able to tell you that WACAP has finally processed our home study and put Penny on hold for us.
