Good News, at last!

Yeah, we finally got the official word that we are not criminals. Yes, our background checks came through. Also, our last letter of reference is in. So, now Adoption Alliance has everything they need to write up our home study. In fact, Marcia said that our social worker may have it all typed up and ready for proof-reading by late this week. So, I'm hoping that by next week it may be sent in to our placing adoption agency, WACAP, in Seattle. Once they accept it, we'll be officially accepted to their Thailand program. Then no one else can try to pursue adopting Penny. This is really good news just before celebrating Easter. I'm also feeling hopeful that my illness is finally getting better. Yeah!
